Due to the high demand for treatments, we have the following cancellation policy: any treatment “no shows” or on the day of cancellations are charged at 100%, and any cancellations in the preceding 24 hours of the booking are charged at 50%.

Please ensure prompt arrival 20 minutes prior to your treatment time to help us ensure you receive maximum benefit from your time with us.

We will provide robes and slippers so all you need to bring along is your swimwear and flip flops if you wish to use the Swimming pool area or thermal suite area.

Please arrive up to one hour prior to your treatments if you wish to avail of this.
